Method: Combine all ingredients into your St-Germain carafe and stir well. Rim rocks glasses with salt using a lime wedge to wet the glass. Pour contents from the carafe into an ice-filled cocktail shaker until two-thirds full, and shake vigorously. Add fresh ice to salt-rimmed rocks glasses. Strain shaken cocktail into ice-filled, salt-rimmed rocks glasses and garnish with a lime wedge. Repeat two more times or until carafe is empty.
