1¼ parts Corzo Blanco
¼ part St-Germain
3 parts Mexican Hot Chocolate*
Garnish St-Germain Marshmallow
Method: Heat chocolate until hot. Add tequila and St-Germain, and stir well. Pour into espresso cups, and garnish with a homemade marshmallow.
Alternative: Use any brand of high quality hot chocolate and add 3 pinches cinnamon, 1 pinch nutmeg and 1 pinch chili powder.
